As a follow up of my Moscow trip and presentation for the partners within the program in the Russian School of Management, I would want to systematize procedures that may be either general or «framed for partners” within one firm.
While thinking it over or discussing with colleagues, I have come to the conclusion that, perhaps, only the name (!) can be the minimal condition for the “commonality”. The rest depends on the agreement between the partners. As a maximum, all 10 blocks should be put in the foundation (here is a nice picture for readers, in Russian):
1. Brand management, its joint development and promotion.
3. IT Infrastructure.
4. Administrative support.
5. Sales (including cross-sales and joint sales), development of relationships with clients and quality control over produced services.
6. Risk management.
7. Knowledge management and know-how.
8. HR- policies, in particular (!), approach to staff training and development.
Portrait of the masters’ work will definitely depend on the achieved agreements. So — negotiate, partners!!!
