The Law Sociaty Gazette released figures on the, so called, Magic Circle partners’ earnings in 2013.
From the mentioned there, only the A&O had managed to increase the pool to be distributed at 2,2% (£ 496m), though even with a small decrease in total revenue by 0.6%. They (A&O) showed the most efficient business — 41% profitability — of the four announced firms (A&O, Freshfields, Linklaters, Clifford Chance).
The most «fat pocket» of the four firms did not work here, but in the Freshfields — in 2013 the earnings made £ 2.5m. Link to full article here.
